Return & Exchange Policy – TFY Ethnic
At TFY Ethnic, every outfit is carefully selected and quality-checked before dispatch. To maintain hygiene, quality, and fairness for all customers, we follow a simple and transparent return & exchange policy.
🔹 Exchange Policy
We offer 7 Days Exchange Only from the date of delivery.
Exchange is applicable in the following cases:
- Size issue
- Wrong product received
- Manufacturing defect
Exchange Process:
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tag & packaging must be intact
🔹 Return / Refund Policy
❌ No Cash Refund Available
✔ Refunds are provided only in the form of Store Credit (valid for 90 days)
Refund / Store Credit is applicable only if:
- Product is defective
- Wrong item delivered
- Damage during transit (with proof)
🔹 Mandatory Conditions
To be eligible for exchange or store credit:
- Product must be unused & unwashed
- Original tags must be attached
- No stains, perfume smell, or alterations
- Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or wrong item claim
🔹 Shipping & Handling
- Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer
- Replacement product will be dispatched after quality inspection
- Exchange dispatch usually takes 3–7 working days after approval
🔹 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Sale / Discounted products
- Customized or altered outfits
- Accessories
🔹 Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
